Built from a real shop floor
Fleet Portal didn't start as a spec. It started as the software a working mobile mechanic shop needed and couldn't buy.
Why we built it
Mobile mechanic shops that service commercial fleets live between tools that were never built for them. Shop-management software assumes a retail bay. Fleet-management software assumes you own the trucks. Neither handles the reality of a shop that dispatches techs to vans, bills several fleet programs with different rules, tracks parts to the job, and has to keep a clean audit trail for the fleets it serves.
So the work was running on spreadsheets, group texts, and a stack of disconnected apps. Fleet Portal replaced all of it with one system, built and proven inside a working shop before it was ever offered to anyone else.
What we believe
Depth over breadth
Every module exists because a shop needed it on a real job. We'd rather do the hard parts of billing, inventory, and financials well than ship a hundred shallow features.
The shop owns its data
Your clients, vehicles, parts, and history are yours, exportable, and protected with audit-grade logging. On higher plans that extends to a written SLA and source escrow.
One platform, every role
Admins, coordinators, mechanics, porters, and the fleets you serve each get the view they need from the same source of truth, so nothing falls through the cracks between tools.
Where we're headed
Fleet Portal is growing from one proven shop into the platform for the whole category. The roadmap is driven by the shops that run on it every day.
